Published an authentication guide covering API key placeholders, HTTP headers, and OAuth flows (Linear demo)
Cleaned the Linear + Discord example to use npx @chinchillaenterprises/mcp-discord and placeholder env files
Introduced test:ci (non-interactive) scripts plus new registry tests for env expansion
